Nope. Not immediately.. Maybe in the future. It'll have it's own flash video player where you'll stream the episodes off the site as they get uploaded bi-weekly.

Though there will be the odd exclusive flash versions on a GT Newgrounds account.

The one that will be up on launch are the older episodes that were stuck together in the time period of 3 - 4 days for the Australian TV show "Good Game".. The newer ones I'm hoping to get looking a lot more polished, even though I'll still probably be working within this time frame.
