i live in country victoria I'm scared :(

I hope you're going to be ok. Just remember, don't try escape the fire through narrow roads, the heat will kill you. Best bet is to cover your mouth with a wet towel and jump in a pool.

I'm not kidding, a friend of my mothers.. Her dad survived by getting into his pool.

I honestly thought that'd boil you alive.. I guess not D:

Maybe he wasn't surrounded.

Oh man, I don't know what I'd do.

Imagine if it all started as a prank :l
wow those boys are in trouble

:( my friend lost her grandmother to the fire in bendigo

I'm very sorry to hear that ):..

I grew up in Hurstbridge which is a few towns away from Kinglake. I spent the night at my parents house there waiting to help if they needed to evacuate, but the wind changed and it moved back to the north. It's left me completely shellshocked, my mates dad is dead, and loads of people I grew up with are effected by it. It's just plain fucked.

I haven't been affected personally, I can't even imagine how hard it must be for everyone there right now. I was rather angry when I heard it was started by arse-hole-nists. Best of luck to your family and friends.

fuckin arsonists they'll get what they deserve. man glad ur ok rubberninja

Don't worry, I'm in Perth. This was in Victoria. I'm just trying to raise awareness of the appeal.

Although people are SUPER worried right now about copy cat fire bugs here in Perth. Because our bush land is even drier around this time of year. If something was to start, it could potentially be even worse then what we've seen in Victoria. Scary, I know D:...

Queenslande here. I can not believe what happend. Im asking my parents if we can donate

I really hate to see this stuff. I hope those I know are ok.

I donated 10 fine dollars to this worthy establishment.

Thanks mate.

181 dead, and thousands homeless. and the fires are still going. i hope they catch the arsonists, and i hope they get life sentences.

Nailed to a plank and burnt was kinda my idea.. But I guess a life sentance of being the most unpopular inmates would be alright.

I'm pretty sure the prison guards would let slide on someone shanking these cowards.

Jesus, thats quite a large death toll. Raging fires over the land of Australia. Doesn't this happen like, a few times a year? You'd think they know a way to stop it...
But hey, donation has been made. Just 10, but at least its something, I guess.

You coming to Amsterdam NG meet by the way? Yes please.

Well... That is just absolutely horrible and ruined my good mood. :(

Good to hear from you again though :D

Except it's bad news... :(

i wonder how many NG members lost everything...

Donated 20 dollars...i really cant afford more, or i would

hey i donated so i can make a $20 joke...

Well there goes the neighborhood

/joke

I'm the firestarter. You're the firestarter.

Im the bitch you hated, filth infatuated.
Yeah. Im the pain you tasted, fell intoxicated.

so lets see, if the charge for murder is twenty years, and theirs been 170 victims.. then the dude who did this is going away for about 3400 years. that or he's going to get 170 consecutive life terms. either way he's in deep shit. does australia have the death penalty in effect?

No, we don't have a death penalty.

Christ, I know people that live in Australia. Better catch the tossers that started it.

burn Australia,
BURN!

I remeber seeing in Discovery, a supposed "Perfect Disaster" which was a great fire(in Australia), that only the rain could stop. I also heard that there are lots of pyromaniacs in Australia... Hope they catch them.

I would donate if I wasn't a 13 year old bastard with no credit card. I'm feel really sorry for all the people in Victoria. I don't know what I'd do in a fire. Probably just run outside to where it's not on fire, mainly because it's not as dry here in Sweden and the fire doesn't grow very well in snow.
